contrary to what i had hoped, i didn't get "tanned" enough when the SC went to La Luz, Batangas last weekend. but it was fun and though i risked my physics test and chose the beach, i've no regrets. (pictures in my multiply)

hello, saturday!
if you can call working my ass off in the gym pampering, then yeah, i guess i pampered myself well today. i only did cardio, though, but it's tiring just the same. just try watching a whole movie while running on the treadmill! so there, i watched Daylight, starring Sylvester Stallone. i used to love action films like such, but these days, action movie effects tend to be too unrealistic and beyond my liking.
..which brings me to enumerate...
fave action stars as a kid:
- Jean Claude Van Damme (eto talaga panalo sakin ^_^ - Kickboxer, Bloodsport, Death Warrant, Hard Target,... name them)
- Keannu Reeves in Speed (part 1) lang. i didn't like The Matrix
- Sylvester Stallone in Rocky and Daylight
- Arnold Schwarzenegger in True Lies and Kindergarten Cop
- Bong Revilla. seriously. haha! especially his remake of Kindergarten Cop. but the local version's entitled Ang Titser Kong Pogi.
- Michael Treanor. if you don't know him, well, he's Rocky in 3 Ninjas. when i was in Senior Prep, i think the movie was shown to us in class. for what? i dunno.

anyway, nag-fade rin naman yang hilig ko sa action when i realized i would never enrol in Karate.

..and now i can't imagine that i used to dream of marrying him. Gawd.

my mom is --i believe-- testing my determination and discipline when it comes to resisting (ack!) food. she cooked dinner and made extra effort to make the presentation even more tempting. then when i opened the fridge in her room, there's this platter of graham cake topped with crushed oreos, and yeahboy i only had one friggin bite! maybe two. damnit.

na parang di na tayo bibitaw
what's up with our dsl? good thing i am now connected to the wonderful world of web. for 2 days i felt apart from everything..w/o ym. huhu. last thursday, i was planning to have another online group study with my blockmates for our physics quiz. come friday, the test was a bit easier than the first, but still unsatisfying. Dr. Palisoc certainly has a knack for making things more difficult than they really are. hmph.
i got home quite late last night. geli, camille, ivy, kb, joy, and i went to mall of asia and had dinner at Sbarro and temptation won over me. half a slice of cheese pizza was irresistable. i gave the other half to joy and her "friend," joshua. after dinner and a little strolling, we headed to Hotel Philippine Plaza. it's the former Westin. ivy said the management's changed. that's sad.. a lotta mems there, but i'd rather not mention them. sa private blog nalang. ^_^
so yun, coffee coffee lang and acting like typical socialites--which we are not--then lumabas din ang tunay na mga kulay: we sorta played with the hammock and joy's camera. feeling FHM na naman ako. welcome back, Aleck Bovick! harharhar. pictures to follow...
kb had another kb moment back in MOA. while strutting herself with no care in world, nagpapansin ang kanyang heeled sandals. tsktsk. thank geli's mom for her safety pin or kb would've spent over a hundred for another pair of footwear.
3 hours in the gym is time well spent. i need to burn that taste of Sbarro. rawr!
i'm missing someone when i shouldn't. grr.

drink 8 glasses of h2o a day. i never realized it to be so useful. yesterday, my mom had her kidney stones "lasered" and ground and spent 45 grand for the painful treatment. kulang daw sa tubig dati. she's now required at least 2L of water a day. nyay.

yey! ate sheena passed the ECE board exam.. totoong engineer na sya!

seriously. cramming has taken it's toll on me. i shouldn't be writing in my blog right now. i should be practicing how to get the resistivity of copper! after hours of reading through liselle's photocopied notes, i am ready to hit the bed. hihi! pero nakakatakot humiga, coz for sure mawawala antok ko once i get a comfortable position. that's how it always is. habang nag-aaral, onting higa lang nakakatulog agad. but when it's finally time to visit dreamland..amfness happens. kaya nagblog muna aku..
it's 11:30pm.. havta wake up at..6? leave by 6:30 to get to school in time for another--ack!--meeting at 7:30am. baket ang agaaa?!?! 6:30pm pala may meeting uli. until about 8:30. 8 nalang, sige. so that's more than 12 hours in school...yak. havta wear comfortable shoes.

back to blogger
after 3 livejournal entries, i've decided to move back to blogspot. i'm more comfortable with free html-ing here. it's enough that i've learned to change my LJ layout.
anyway, here's a new simple look for my page. can't get enough of blue... ^_^
in a while magtutuos na kami ng stat theory at physics. i want to maintain my stat standing and need to pass physics. 35/100... nampuchang score yan. i envy my blockmates who dropped phyfun2 because of the prof. nice move.
last friday, i was standing in line (to see the show tonight and there's a light on heavy glow...joke lang) and waiting to get Liselle's notes photocopied. i paid the xerox lady P100 and was told that she didn't have any change. fortunately, the good-hearted guy next to me offered to give me 20's for my 100.
then i looked at him.

si Sir Friedel! -(4th year french teacher) but i don't think he knows/remembers me. T_T he said he's teaching French and computer in DLSU and CSB. sabi na gusto nya lang malapit sakin. we had a history, mind. nyay joke lang. it was like seeing claudio valdes, only with more hair and a bit older. heehee.
i was in church this morning and even joined the choir. after the mass my little devlish horns sprouted again-- maude (my choirmate) and i took a pack of ostyas (the thin circular wafers used for communion). feel naman namin hindi na gagamitin eh. baka tira na. sana... i munched on half of my share on the bus ride home. tsktsk.
errr...aral na muna ko. i should be in Bulacan now, fishing, but i told my mom i need to study. so sayonara.. ^_^

rainy day memories
no classes tomorrow = badminton day. after more than a year of not seeing my beloved fake yonex, i finally needed it. it was surprising to realize that my badminton bag still felt heavy, until i opened it. i never thought it carried this much senior year mems. it pretty much told me how disorganized i was (but i guess i was still disorganized in college, until about 2 days ago). papers, papers, and still more papers were inside and it felt quite good to see them. ahh... like i'm back in zobel.
included are:
- Sir Joon's 1st quiz (13/15, pwede na...*TAKE NOTE: he used a green metallic pen*)
- Stella's physics seatwork... bat nasakin to?! (the one with the velocity vs time graphs)
- Ms. Reyes' work sheet on pregnancy ekek (again, di nasubmit)
- Physics take-home quiz (woohoo! 19/20! =D)
- Parents' Bulletin (Vol. 4, No. 6) reply slip (di uli nasubmit)
- scratch papers for Bado's requirements
- a filler with one journal (for english, i think. i wrote about the cellphone incident)
-Lason: Ang Ganti ng Kahapon script. okay..definitely A LOT of mems..
- Senior prom reply slip and parental consent form (how i was able to go without submitting this, i do not know. but going to my senior prom is by far the best decision i've ever made)
at marami pang ibang stuff... may alcogel na onti palang bawas, pens, and Extra Joss. and once again, i can't bring myself to throw them away...

all cleaned up
to start doing a task is always the hardest. but once you begin, it gets easier and before you know it, you're done. i finally got my room tidy enough to be inhabited. without clutter. maybe i just found it hard to trash things before, even if i know i won't use them.
here's a new layout! inspired by my fave song from vertical horizon, Best I Ever Had. the past layout, the pink one, was fine but some found it hard to get to the blog part. so now i just made a simple one.
while in my cousin's house in bulacan kanina, i friggin stepped on dog shit! havaianas pa man din suot ko..first time yun..pati mismong paa ko nagkaron. eww. to think before that, kinukulit ko sya na ibigay sakin ung isang puppy na pug. now? NO THANKS. i would never want a dog again.
for the first time, a got 70% in a calculus exam and it's frustrating. now how am i supposed to get a 4.0?! the darn subject's worth 4 units and it'll greatly affect my GPA. *hoping to be in the 1st Honors Dean's Lister this term...* i need 6 consecutive terms in that list to be a candidate for the Jose Rizal Honors Society and now that idea seems quite vague. 3 terms palang... badtrip talaga 'tong term na to, even for the other subjects. i don't blame my extracurriculars. i'm sure it has nothing to do with them. academic negligence is just killing me.

raindrops keep fallin on my head!
so it's a wet wednesday... classes are suspended! they should've announced the suspension earlier. ugh. now i'm here in Collegian net cafe just across North gate waiting for enzo. that's one good thing about today though: we're goin' to makati and i'll probably accompany him as he shop... haha baliktad =D i'll just worry about studying for my physics exam tonight.
speaking of exams... the hell with INTOSET (introduction to set theory...wtf?!) the class had a median grade of 64%, and 16 failed. i'm hoping for a make-up test. yeah, i passed, pero mababa and sayang naman. with my current standing, there's no way to get a 4.0, and i'm freakin aiming for that.
i finished watching one tree hill season 3 and woohoo! inlavavo na ko lalo kay james lafferty! anak ng patatas na itsura yan... H-O-T. he'll most probably graze my layout next time i change it. ;)
oh, happee birthday monique!!! 19 na si istik! hihi!
3 days from now, migo'll be leaving pinas...huhu... ingat ikaw at good luck sa girls! hope you'll make it as fitness first singapore's new body jam instructor! oh yeah! =D
sarap ng food nung despi ni migo last sat... masarap rin ung cheesesticks, pag magaling kang kumagat. antigas! hehe! peace! saya sya kainin though. ;) kakamiss senior-C!!! see pics from mae's multiply...
nadapa pa ko... asa pa kasi sa heels... bruises on both knees...gawd. sabi kasi ni pia "migo" clothes daw ang suotin...mejo pakikay tuloy kami. pero yung iba madaya! boo!!!

after my cheesedog break..
just when i have nothing much to do, i can't connect to yahoo messenger and at least have a decent chat with my friends. i went blog-hopping instead! and look at what i found...

i am actually hooked to "bituing walang ningning." wah! ba't ba kasi andun si carlo aquino?! hahahaha! although i'm not that much into soaps, this one has a familiar story because of the movie, which i have seen like what, dozens of times? eerrr... hihi!
nasira ang plans ko ng pag-diet today. i woke up at 6:30am to go to the gym (without breakfast) and since we had an LA session during the ubreak, i only ate a jamaican pie for lunch.... dinner without rice..and plenty of water! but just before i started blogging, ate lala cooked cheesedogs and i thought of something: cheesedog and rice with melted cheezweez (microwaved). damn it! right after eating i remembered what sam once said: "a moment in your lips, forever in your hips." hah! too late...
TS online.. another game that caught my eyes. they have a booth at the central plaza and the ragnarok-ish characters are so cute! hmmmm.... /gg
it's the recruitment week for the organizations and i still don't have money to renew my memberships. i can't ask from my mom..she's just paid my voice lessons and i've been spending a lot lately. hmm... gusto ko pa naman mag MOOmedia... can't get enough of things to do! byebye tamad days..haha!

when eyed by a dog, don't run.
one has to thank a stress-free weekend. no quizzes or deadlines for monday! we went to tagaytay with mom's TG barkada and i got to spend time with aj and cid again. enjoy mag-magic sing especially now that we've figured out the technique for high scores! :D puyatan nanaman...
now about the title of this entry, poor jerick was chased by a bitch this morning. he only stopped crying when we said that since it turned out he was a fast runner, he can try kid's soccer.

i've got so much to see..this is where i wanna be
Calculus isn't much fun these days--this term, for that matter. thank you, my dear queer professor and your favorite student, the blackboard. 2 precious butt-against-wood hours are all i can take with him. so it's Leithold and me again... save me..
The first two weeks weren't that stuffed and neither did i go home right after classes. masaya naman tumambay sa school 'til about 5:30.. ;)
i finally accomplished a summer goal: have my room repainted and my stuff in order. well, maybe just the painting part. i still have some of my things in boxes...

ahuh, a bit generous on colors but i have it just the way i like it.
we went to Mall of Asia yesterday. huge that i didn't expect us to have a hard time finding a place to eat. my mom got hungry at exactly 12 noon and the good restaus already had people waiting. but good thing i was finally able to shop. wee! new sneakers!

malabo yan pero magegets nyo.. wah.. guilty..hehe!
soooo... byebye Philippine Idol dreams.. my vocal coach wanted me to audition but i just didn't have the guts. i wanted to... a bit. waaah! tapus na ang june 3... maybe next time... Naaah.
want time to speed up? get busy.
Current tune: Pure Shores - All Saints. (missing Leo... we HAD something..haha!)
Craving for: a hug... and choco-banana-peanut crepe with ice cream from Z2 Cafe. 40 bucks.^_^

alas, the last friday of summer. it's not as if i've been a total bum these days-- pretty busy, actually. but i found time to learn a few online games that got me up early, got me up late at night, and got me up every freakin' freetime: Pangya and O2Jam. blame enzo for creating an addict. but for a couple of days i've tried to veer away from the pc..(or it'd be hard to adjust when school starts!) pero try nyo rin maglaro!!
